What is the biggest challenge most agents face?
I think the biggest block to success for most real estate agents is self-assessment. In my work, I’d estimate that 90% of my clients complain about their inability to self-manage themselves or to maintain the discipline needed to stay focused and succeed.
How do you coach your clients past those blocks?
The first step is always to acknowledge that there might be a problem, a mental attitude that is preventing them from moving forward. Once we identify the problem, we can go back to a point in time when they were able to finish something, to break through and have some success. This type of honest self-assessment is important for any agent who wants to be successful in this business.
